Problem Complexity: Provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Is capable of identifying, qualifying Lattice design opportunities. Identifies tracks and communicates project development schedules to the sales team. Understands competitor products and is able to effectively position Lattice products against the competition. Sales/Product Knowledge: Familiar with all Lattice products and able to make custom sales presentations and provide creative, thorough and practical problem resolutions without the assistance of the TSE, RSM, DIR of FAEs or the factory applications group. The ability to develop non-standard and creative approaches to work projects. Working knowledge of related disciplines such as telecommunication, data communication, etc. Able to resolve most customer software, hardware and board design issues.
